Logic Wireless 150LGW projector phone Logic Wireless 150LGW projector phone reminds us of that Bolt we once saw Remember the Bolt from CES 2009? If you’ll recall, projector phones were actually all the rage for around 4.67 minutes at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show, and ever since we’ve been dealt months of nothing alongside one lone ranger of something in the LG eXpo. Evidently Logic Wireless is hoping that we’ll forget all about the Bolt that never shipped and instead focus on the next best thing: the 150LGW. Available for order now at Skymall (of all places), the projector phone looks significantly slimmer and more stylish than the company’s first crack, and aside from the inbuilt PJ, there’s also twin SIM card slots, dual cameras, an Office file viewer, quad-band GSM radio, Bluetooth and Symbian running the show. We aren’t too sure we’d be willing to shell out $499 without any proof that this thing is worth its salt, but you can bet we’ll be on the hunt for it once CES 2010 opens up next week.

Spotify has announced that its mobile phone app is now available on the Symbian platform, offering up the music streaming service to a whole host of Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Samsung handsets.

The service allows you unlimited music streaming on your mobile phone, as long as you have a premium account with Spotify, and that you are on a fixed data plan which allows you WiFi or 2.5/3 Ginternet access.

There are 21 Nokia handsets compatible with the Spotify app. Interestingly, a number of these (including the nokia-5320-xpressmusic nokia-5530-xpressmusic-nokia-5800-xpressmusic already use the Spotify app.  

Saying that, those with an nokia-n97-will be happy as the phone was left out of the Comes With Music Service, even though the handset is the company’s flagship device.

Telenor is ready to buy 63 percent shares in Warid Telecom, Pakistan against USD 1.3 billion, as confirmed by sources close to the deal.

Dhabi Group will retain 7 percent shares in the company, while other 30 percent are with Singtel.

Warid’s spokesperson has not authenticated this news, while Telenor said that they don’t comment on rumors or speculations.

As per our sources, that are multiple in number, said that whole talks went through in a smooth way, especially when Telenor agreed on paying the value that was pretty acceptable for Dhabi Group. Final discussions went through last week in Abu Dhabi when Telenor’s top management was there to finalize the matters.

Sources further confirmed that buyout will remain under cover until certain requirements are met, including clearance of liabilities and certain amount of expense cut in Waird. Hard one, but a fact can be certain job cuts in Warid in next 2 weeks.
